PNR resumes railway from Caloocan to Taguig

The Philippine National Railway (PNR) Sangandaan, Caloocan to FTI, Taguig route reopened to serve 7,000 passenges on Monday, September 10.

Following an hourly schedule from 5:11 am to 8:12 am in the morning daily and 3:11 pm to 6:12 pm in the evening daily, the new railway will traverse the following stations: Sangandaan, Asistio, 5th Avenue, Solis, Blumentritt, Espana, Sta. Mesa, Paco, Dela Rosa, Edsa and FTI and  vice versa, with a Php15 minimum fare. 

Other facilities of the platform such as restrooms and waiting sheds will soon be rehabilitated as well.

Before the end of 2108, PNR targets to extend its trips to Malabon.
