SM Center Sangandaan receives safety seal

Opisyal na iginawad ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan sa SM Center Sangandaan ang kauna-unahang Safety Seal Certification para sa mga pribadong establisyemento sa lungsod.

Bilang kinatawan ni Mayor Oca Malapitan, ito ay pinangunahan ni City Administrator Engr. Oliver Hernandez, kasama sina DTI Undersecretary Ireneo Vismonte, DILG NCR Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ana Lyn Baltazar-Cortez, DILG Caloocan Director Marco Cabueños, Caloocan Business Permit and Licensing Office head Atty. Cho Vergara, Caloocan PNP chief Col. Samuel Mina, BFP Caloocan Chief Inspector Bernard Batnag Jr. at SM Malls Assistant VP for Operations North 5 and 6 Ms. Ana Datu.

Ang Safety Seal ay ibinibigay sa mga pampubliko at pribadong establisyemento na sumusunod sa minimum public health standards na itinakda ng pamahalaan, kabilang na rito ang paggamit ng StaySafe.PH App na siyang itinalagang opisyal na contact tracing app sa bansa.

Sa mensahe ni Mayor Oca, inihayag niya na mahalaga ang Safety Seal sa isang establisyemento upang maging kumpyansa ang mga tao na ligtas ang lugar dahil naipatutupad ang safety protocols.

Muli rin ipinaabot ni Mayor Oca ang pasasalamat niya sa pamunuan ng SM Center Sangandaan na isang regular mass vaccination site sa lungsod.

"Sa ganitong panahon, kailangan po natin magtulungan upang maibigay sa ating mamamayan ang ligtas na kapaligiran nang sa gayon ay kahit paunti-untj ay makabangon ang ating ekonomiya at bumalik tayo sa normal na sitwasyon tulad ng dati," pahayag ng Punong-Lungsod.

Para sa pampublikong establisyemento na nais mag-apply para sa Safety Seal Certification, maaaring mag-online application sa website na ito: safetyseal.ncr.dilg.gov.ph

Para naman sa mga pribadong establisyemento sa lungsod na nais din mag-apply para sa Safety Seal Certification, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa City Business Permit and Licensing Office na may numerong 8288-88-11 local 2217.
