CHED recognizes 5 courses at UCC

Kinilala ng Commission on Higher Education ang limang kurso ng University of Caloocan City (UCC) sa pamamagitan ng paggawad ng Certificate of Program Compliance o COPC.

Kabilang sa mga ito ang Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, BSBA Major in Financial Management, BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, BS Office Administration at BS Entrepreneurship.

Ang COPC ay iginagawad sa mga unibersidad na sumusunod sa mga polisiya, pamantayan at panuntunan ng Kagawaran upang matiyak ang dekalidad na edukasyon para sa mga mag-aaral.

Bilang pagbati, ipinaabot ni Mayor Oca Malapitan ang kaniyang pasasalamat sa buong UCC sa pangunguna ni University President-OIC Dr. Marilyn De Jesus, VP for Academics Atty. Rod Vera at College of Business and Accountancy Dean Dr. Shirly Saragcon.

Noong nakaraang taon ay natanggap rin ng UCC ang COPC mula sa CHED para sa apat na programa ng Computer Studies at isa para sa BS Criminology.

"Sa kabila ng pandemya, salamat sa ating patuloy na pagbibigay ng libre ngunit dekalidad na edukasyon na karapat-dapat maibigay sa mga mag-aaral ng Caloocan. Patuloy tayong magsikap tungo sa magandang kinabukasan ng bawat estudyante sa lungsod," pahayag ni Mayor Oca Malapitan.
