The program aimed to provide assistance to the residents of Caloocan City through various services, such as free medication, consultation, haircut, and financial assistance.

The local government provided the residents with the opportunity to avail of these services without any cost, and it was heartening to see the people take advantage of the initiative. The program was launched with the primary goal of reaching out to the marginalized sectors of the community, who may not have access to these services due to financial constraints.
