Caloocan police chief conducts morning inspection
Caloocan City Police Chief, Col. Ruben Lacuesta, conducted an early morning inspection of police personnel stationed on various streets in the city. This move comes after Caloocan Mayor, Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan, directed the police force to increase police visibility and exercise maximum tolerance regarding the ongoing tigil-pasada.
Mayor Along expressed his gratitude to the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS), led by PCol. Lacuesta, for their cooperation in ensuring the safety of citizens and maintaining order in the city despite the massive tigil-pasada protest.
The inspection conducted by Col. Lacuesta aims to ensure that police personnel are on high alert and are strictly implementing the directives of the Mayor. The move is also aimed at promoting the public's confidence in the police force, particularly in terms of their ability to address the current transportation crisis and ensure the safety and security of the public.
Col. Lacuesta's leadership and proactive measures in responding to the directives of the Mayor are laudable, and his efforts are critical in maintaining peace and order in the city. The Mayor's directives are intended to minimize inconvenience to the public while ensuring that the transportation crisis is addressed and the rights of the protesters are respected.
Overall, the early morning inspection of Col. Lacuesta is a positive step in promoting public safety and security in Caloocan City. The cooperation between the police force and the local government is crucial in addressing the transportation crisis while ensuring the public's welfare is protected.
