Caloocan launches house-to-house vaccination for bedridden patients

Inilunsad ngayong Biyernes ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan ang mobile vaccination o house-to-house vaccination para mabakunahan ang mga bedridden na walang kapasidad makapunta sa vaccination sites.

Mismong Mobile Vaccination Team ang nagbabahay-bahay upang bakunahan ang mga bedridden senior citizens o persons with disability (PWDs) gamit ang Janssen vaccines na isang dose lamang ang kailangan.

Ayon kay Mayor Oca Malapitan, inilunsad sa Caloocan ang Mobile Vaccination for the bedridden para mabigyan sila ng mabisang proteksyon laban sa Covid-19.

"Batid natin na kahit hindi sila lumalabas ng kanilang bahay ay kailangan pa rin nila ng proteksyon dahil mas vulnerable o madali silang kapitan ng sakit," aniya.

Ipinaabot naman ng Punong-Lungsod ang kaniyang pasasalamat sa lahat ng health workers, partikular na sa Mobile Vaccination Team na nanguna sa programang ito.

Para makapagpa-schedule sa ating Mobile Vaccination, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs sa numerong 288 88 11 loc 2258 o sa Persons With Disabilities Affairs Office sa numerong 288 88 11 local 2269.
