Binigyan-parangal si Police Major Deo Dela Cruz ng Caloocan Police para sa larangan ng Peace and Order; Senior Inspector Jayce James Rosaroso ng Caloocan City Bureau of Fire Station para sa larangan ng Public Safety; Mark Nathaniel Revilla ng Schools Division Office-Caloocan para sa larangan ng Edukasyon sa panahon ng Makabagong Teknolohiya; Danilo Duyan ng Schools Division Office-Caloocan para sa larangan ng Edukasyon sa panahon ng New Normal; Jocelyn Pancito ng Schools Division Caloocan para sa larangan ng Edukasyon sa pamamagitan ng Social Services; at Tanaw Productions ng University of Caloocan City para sa larangan ng Sining.

Bilang kinatawan ni Mayor Oca Malapitan, ipinaabot ni City Administrator Engr. Oliver Hernandez ang pagbati para sa mga natatanging indibidwal at organisasyon sa lungsod para sa taong ito.
