Free chest X-ray services given to Caloocan's Barangay 18 residents

The City Health Department (CHD) has conducted a program to promote health and wellness among the residents of Barangay 18. On Tuesday, March 7, the CHD utilized a mobile clinic to provide free chest x-ray to the locals.

The program aims to ensure the well-being of the residents, including the youth and senior citizens, by detecting potential chest-related health issues such as tuberculosis, pneumonia, and lung cancer. With the use of a mobile clinic, the CHD brings the medical services closer to the people, especially those who may have limited access to health facilities.

Residents of Barangay 18 expressed their gratitude for the program, saying that it has saved them time and money. Instead of traveling to a faraway health center, the mobile clinic has made it convenient for them to avail of the health services they need.

Through the initiative, the CHD hopes to encourage the residents to prioritize their health and well-being. The department also urged the locals to take advantage of the program and to visit the mobile clinic regularly for check-ups and other medical services.
